We’ve already got Ninjas vs Zombies. We’ve got Plants vs. Zombies. We’ve got Abraham Lincoln vs. Zombies. Don’t think that’s enough? Well you’re in luck because we’ve got two more projects where zombies face off against some sort of noun.

The first one was announced yesterday – Zombies vs. Gladiators. This movie started off as an amateur script on Amazon Studios’ new screenplay site. The big news is that Amazon has hired horror master Clive Barker (Hellraiser) to rewrite the script. Bringing in someone with Barker’s creds indicates that Amazon is pretty serious about making this movie happen. The plot kicks off when an angry shaman unleashes an undead horde on the Coliseum. Why was this not done sooner?

Our other movie probably won’t have quite the production budget of Zombies vs. Gladiators but I’ll bet just as many teenage boys will want to see it. It’s Zombies vs. Strippers. There’s a synposis but I don’t have to read it to know exactly what this movie is going to be – boobs, blood and puns. I guarantee someone will say, “Take your top off!” and then cut a zombie stripper in half. If that line’s not in the movie, we’re not getting our money’s worth. You can find Zombies vs. Strippers on Redbox July 10th.

Make sure to tell spread the word so we can stop the infection!
